Returns

Unused patterns, books, and notions in good condition may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of original purchase. Unused fabric may also be returned but is subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please include a copy of your dated invoice in the return. We recommend a padded envelope to return items to ensure that they arrive to us in good condition. We cannot issue refunds for items that have been traced or used, or for shipping charges. If you would like an exchange, the item can be credited towards your next order, but new orders will have a new shipping/handling charge, so please allow for that in your calculations.
