US Shipping:
Most orders are shipped within 48 hours. The exception is if you order on Friday, your order won't be processed until Monday. You should be receiving your order within a week to 10 days, more or less, depending upon how far you are from Illinois. Although most orders arrive much faster, please allow up to two weeks for delivery. Shipping costs are based on weight of your order and distance your order travels. We ship both US Mail and UPS for the best rate for your order. Rates for USPS and UPS options are calculated after you place your items in your shopping bag, and enter in your shipping address in the check-out process. Then you can choose the best option for you.
International Shipping:
We are based in the United States, but we are happy to ship orders all over the world. All international orders are sent by mail. Postage is based on the weight of the package and the distance of your country from the United States. International postage is very expensive and can be as much as 100% of your merchandise order. The rates are set by the post office, not us. Please be aware that you will be required to pay additional customs charges before you can receive your order. We do not know how much that will be. International shipping generally takes 2-3 weeks to arrive to you. |
